Welcome to my new website! My name is Sue Watson, a teacher of yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga based on the Wirral. My yoga classes are designed to help people looking to improve their health and wellbeing, deepen their present moment experience through mindfulness and develop flexibility and strength.
I do this through the practices of yoga and mindfulness, so whether you're a yoga novice or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your knowledge my classes are suitable for all levels. I host classes throughout the Wirral during the week and always look forward to meeting new people.
As a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and a qualified teacher of mindfulness, I have found the combination of yoga and mindfulness have helped people across the peninsula de-stress, improve their concentration, cope more readily, and be able to make better choices with mindfulness techniques to complement their existing lifestyle.
My new site will be regularly updated with upcoming yoga events and even yoga retreats abroad (I'm already taking bookings for a yoga week away in Italy at the end of October), as well as class information and yoga philosophy and practices to help people lead a healthier, more active lifestyle in tune with their own body and mind.
