In Times of Uncertainty - how can we regulate our "flappable" tendencies and learn to stay grounded and connected? We cannot change many situations but we can most definitely change the way we think about them and through the practice of movement and breath we can begin to exercise discipline over the mind more effectively.
Now is the Month of Maying. Life is simple. It's just not easy!
