but we can still remain calm in the midst of madness!

Christmas is coming and life becomes hectic and sometimes frantic but there is always the practice of yoga to assist in helping us to remain centered or at least fairly balanced amidst the madness.

Attached below is a Marma Meditation which moves through each of the Marma point centres to help focus the mind and center our energies. Marma points are similar to acupressure point in Chinese medicine and work to balance our subtle energies.

The practice is only 10 minutes long so feel free to use as and when you feel the need!

There will be another retreat day at Merebrook House on Sunday 23rd April from 11 to 4.30pm Cost is £35 for the day and £17 for refreshments at the start (coffee and cake) and a 2 course lunch. Places are limited so book early. Deposit is £20 and NON REFUNDABLE
