Apologies, I uploaded the unfinished and not fully corrected flyer for Merebrook in April. The date is SUNDAY 16TH APRIL. See corrected flyer below and ignore previous email. All information is now correct!

UPDATED NEWSLETTER - please note changes to April day retreat at Merebrook and the date of the September day at Merebrook.

16th April 2023:

Yoga Day retreat at Merebrook House - let me know asap as 11 places have already gone and there are only 23 places in total. Price is for the yoga and the 2-course lunch is separate and payable ON THE DAY to Merebrook House.

June Weekend Yoga Retreat High Trenhouse, Yorkshire: 13 places have already gone for this weekend retreat and there are only 23 available.

September Merebrook House: There will be another day retreat on Sunday 24th September 11a.m. to 4.30pm at Merebrook. Put the date in your diaries.

Italian Yoga Holiday 2024: I am running a 7 day (6nights) yoga retreat holiday in Puglia, Italy and there are already 10 places gone so do let me know asap if you are interested.

This is the information I have received from the Director who is called Marco: 

Food/Menu - Our community food philosophy is based on the pH Alkaline diet with products coming from our fields and all meals are FRESH hand-home made

Usually Teachers can choose between 3 different types of menus. This is to satisfy all allergies or problems or food requirements, but also to support teachers in their work by combining an adequate diet for their 'goal' of the week.

• 1- vegetarian with fish 3 times in the evening, the rest eggs or cheese

• 2- completely vegetarian then only with eggs and cheeses as animal proteins

• 3- vegan with only vegetable proteins such as tofu, tempeh and seitan

• Each room has own en-suite bathroom, all with showers. AVEDA Body&Shampoo products in all showers.

6nights/7days Accommodation

• FULL BOARD ( with Brunch 10.30am or 11am and Dinner 7.30pm, buffet style ) with our food philosophy based on PH alkaline diet

• 2 Room cleaning and towels change for the period 

• Infusions, fruits, still WAMI water, espresso coffee pods, home made pastry  available all day in the Patio Dining Area. 

• Use of all common spaces and facility: Private forest with path, Pool with lounge beds, Glass room for Cinema projection/Theory/Chill out with Wi-Fi, Indoor&Outdoor lounges, 100 sqm Yoga Shala fully equipped for the practice with P.A. System, Flipchart and markers, Projector.

• 1 Pool towel per person

• Membership&Tourist tax costs.

• Free Wi-Fi.

Excluding:

• Ground Transportation and Excursions-Activities (which we can provide with our shuttle service, vehicles, drivers and signboards).

• Massages provided on site with our Therapist.

Extras on site on request (Beverages soft drinks/wine/sparkling water, additional room cleanings, bed linen&towels change, pool towels).
