Sue Watson here, just to say hello. I run Yoga and Mindfulness classes on the Wirral through my business, Yoga Health Wirral.
Some of you may know me from my classes and regular emails, and some may not.
I mention it because I used to have a website for Yoga Health Wirral. If you’re receiving this email, it’s most likely because you signed up to receive emails via the Yoga Health Wirral website over the last few years.
And then Covid happened! Now that we’re all starting to finally get back to some sense of normality, I’ve had a think, and wanted to restructure the way I do things online.
I came to the conclusion that email was the best thing to focus on to reach out to friends old and new; to let them know about my classes, yoga holidays and retreats, and give them a boost now and then with some Yoga teachings and inspiration.
In short, after looking around online, that meant taking down the old, clunky website and making the move over to Substack.
It allows me to instantly connect with people over email and keep them in the loop. I’m loving it so far, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it can help me grow Yoga Health Wirral and connect with like-minded people.
It’s also allowed me to create an online presence for mine and Lynne’s Zumba venture, Zumba Salsa Wirral.

However, I also know that some of you may have signed up for email updates long ago, at a time when the prospect of a pandemic and lockdowns were impossible to imagine.
So, if that’s you, then thank you for initially signing up for Yoga Health Wirral updates, and I wish you all the best for the future!
For everyone else, though, I’ll be sending regular updates on my classes, times, prices and where you can find me to join in (and bring a friend or two).
I’ll also be emailing about my regular Yoga retreats across the UK and abroad, and how you can join me on them if you’d like some time away in a peaceful place to find your centre.
I’ll also be sending some general Yoga inspiration and tips from time-to-time.
