Yoga Bank Holidays

we will continue with classes!

We will send out another mail each week but just to remind you that we are DOING Yoga on Monday 1st May and Monday 8th May both of which are Bank Holidays but as requested we shall continue on those days (the same forZumba for those who attend both)!

Looking forward to seeing you then for our continued work on Dharana (concentration) through balance poses.
