Yoga returns tomorrow, Monday 18th September at 11.15a.m. where we will continue to work with using the breath to move through asana.
The breath, when used to move the body, connects us more deeply to body and the mind and assists in deepening our connection to both the physical and energetic layers of our being.
Through the layers of our being (koshas) we can assist in calming the mind which helps us to go beyond our conditioning, the ego and our habitual ways of behaving.
In addition, we will as always work with building strength and flexibility!
