.Always in yoga we are working towards connecting more deeply to our inner selves via the practices of yoga and in particular asana and pranayama to cultivate Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation). The tools of yoga are meant to be practised both on and off the mat so that when times are difficult or irritating we can use the toolbox of yoga to assist in staying present with whatever arises and, it all begins with the Breath!
