Yoga in July and August, and a relaxing Retreat Day in September!

I hope you are enjoying the beautiful sunshine and blue skies!
Yoga in July will not be as usual, but classes WILL continue this year during August!
GREASBY CENTRE:
MONDAYS -
30th June, JULY - 7th and 14th.
I will be away from the 18th July, returning on Tuesday, 5th August.
Yoga will resume on MONDAY 11TH AUGUST, then continue on 18TH AND 25TH AUGUST!
YOGA RETREAT DAY SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER:
This September I will be running a yoga retreat day in Prenton Golf Club, which will include the usual yoga, meditation, relaxation, yoga Nidra and this time a wonderful Sound Bath facilitated by my friend and fellow teacher of yoga, Louise Taylor of Blue Stone Yoga.

Louise is not only an excellent British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher, but also trained in Sound Bath provision, and is a Registered Senior Nurse and Senior Clinical Quality Manager for the NHS.
The Sound Bath will be at the end of the day to ensure maximum relaxation and restoration!
Please book early as places always go very quickly and, as usual, I already have folk booking places before advertising!
