Yoga tomorrow morning, Monday 8th May, 11.15a.m. for a Bank Holiday practice which, as always, strengthens, lengthens and works the body enough to calm the mind and connect more deeply to the inner Self!
Continuing to work with Dharana - concentration, focus, willpower as we work towards the standing balance, standing pigeon pose with a few flow sequences to assist building not only strength but concentration of mind as we connect more deeply to the breath to hold the balances.
