Yoga tomorrow as usual where we will continue with building strength in mind and body
Strength takes awhile to build and yoga practices combined with pranayama (breathing) and Dharana (concentration) assists in allowing the body to become stronger over time and with repetition which in turn allows us to become disciplined of mind
The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness."
