Yoga Monday 18th December
Namaste all,
This coming Monday 18th December 11.15a.m. will be the last class of 2023 before the Christmas break.
The class this Monday will be, you will be glad to know, restorative!
Everyone has worked hard this year and as Christmas approaches I felt a little restorative yoga would be perfect to set everyone up in preparation for the festivities ahead!
Many thanks to everyone for all your support this year and for all of your wonderful energy and willingness to take your yoga journey with me.
I want to say that I hope everyone has a peaceful and fun Christmas and a wonderful New Year in 2024.
Looking forward to seeing as many as are able to attend on Monday.
