Tomorrow we will be continuing our journey towards Salamba Sarvangasana (half shoulder stand) working towards building strength and flexibility to enable us to approach the pose with awareness, use of the breath and ability to maintain whatever variation of the pose best suits wherever the body lies in this present moment.

Breathing exercise to calm the mind click link to try this pranayama exercise. Don’t worry if you need to keep with your own count rather than his but the idea is to lengthen the exhale to assist in calming the nervous system and therefore the mind. Enjoy!
