YOGA RETREAT HOLIDAY

I am at present in Puglia Italy running a yoga retreat for the first time at La Rosa Dei 4 Venti and I am delighted to say that the venue is outstanding both in level of provision, incredible food, high standards of cleanliness, beautiful grounds, and most of all in philosophy!

The ladies who are here with me are so delighted that they have already put their names down for May 2026!

There is a limit to the numbers which is 18 in total and 9 places have already gone so if you are interested in the May 2026, 16th to 22nd May.

The November 2025 dates are November 15th - 21st.

The deposit to secure a place on either retreat is £100 and is NON refundable.

Cost for full board - and outstanding cuisine and accommodation:

Packages FULL BOARD and based on final occupancy offered for a 6nights/7days week:

Small Trullo Room (1)    Single  Occ.  Euro 1.250  Double Occ.  Euro 950 per person 

Standard Rooms (5)      Single  Occ.  Euro 1.350  Double Occ.  Euro 1050 per person

Big Rooms (4)              Single  Occ.  Euro 1.1450  Double Occ.  Euro 1.150 per person

Please note the price is in Euros so there is the exchange rate to consider.

Flights are NOT INCLUDED.

You can arrange your own flights to either Bari or Brindisi or my travel agent books us as a group.

Also not included: Transport to and from the airport which is approximately £57 pp.

While the trip seems expensive it is to luxury accommodation and facilities, gourmet food and incredible surroundings.

Yoga:

The yoga sessions are entirely optional as there are 3 yoga sessions each day and a meditation session in the evening.

Yoga sessions are at 8.30a.m usually a strong vinyasa flow,

12pm Hatha yoga,

5.30p.m. Hatha yoga with some flow.

All sessions include pranayama, meditation and relaxation and mantra.

There is also an amazing forest area where walking meditations can take place and where you can walk alone or with company and contemplate at any time.
