There are mats and blocks, blankets and pillows at the centre but do feel free to bring all your own equipment.
Tomorrow we will be focussing upon strength as we always do because out joints can only be as safe and strong as our muscles!
Not only strength work, which is relative to each person and where their body may be in this moment in time, but also flexibility, balance of body, breath and mind where we practice connecting more deeply to ourselves through the breath and keeping the mind firmly anchored in watching for responses from our whole being.
As with all sessions, listen to your body and if it asks you to rest or ease back then respond without judgement or reaction. We are ALWAYS working towards, working towards connection to the Self, deepening the connection to asana, developing the connection and practice of using the conscious breath, ALWAYS with kindness (Ahimsa) to the Self!
