No need to book. Just turn up and you pay as you attend. Each session is £7.
Where are the classes on a Monday, do you have other days or nights to choose from also
Hello Steven. The Monday class is at Greasby Centre at 11.15am. The only other class I take are at the gym which is members only. Hope that helps. 🙏
